I wanted to add a little more functionality (i.e. give the viewer more options) so I created rollover buttons at the end of the presentation that allowed the viewer to dive further into the site directly from the homepage.
The Amenity and Home Navigators are similar but uniquely their own. The Amenity Navigator, if allowed to play, will cycle through the three primary amenities found at Westshore Yacht Club. The user can also scroll over amenity images to view each and then click to learn more. The Home Navigator cycles through the hometypes in the same manor but with the addition of a description of each type and a little more animation.
The Tower Navigator is a slim and trimmed version of The Plaza at Oceanside's Tower Navigator. The user can scroll over the tower to see the basic statistic for each residence and the click to learn more.
The Custom Homesite Navigator uses variables attached to the Flash document to display only homesites that are currently available. I also added a dynamically sized scrollbar that allows the viewer to see more of each view.
